1. Returns

Products may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

To initiate a return, please email info@bellavitainc.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Opened skincare products (for hygiene reasons).

Gift cards and promotional items.

Items marked as “final sale.”

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

4. Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. Contact us at info@bellavitainc.com for assistance.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the expected time, please check with your bank or card provider before contacting us.

6. Return Shipping
